 1. About us

 1.1 Abstract

 We research and develop advanced magnetic devices for needs in the electronics which are as following;
  (1) Thin inductor, transformer and antenna with magnetic thin film or magnetic nano particle / dierectric composite material in high frequency (~ a few GHz) circuits for radio equipments such as cellular phones.
  (2) Indoctor for large current and high frequency (~ several hundred MHz) with magnetic nano particle / dierectric composite material in switching power supply circuits for electric equipments such as computers and electric home appliances.
  (3) Currnet sensor and strain sensor with optical signal using magnetic Kerr effect in ferro/antiferro exchange-coupled film for electric / hybrid vehicles.

  (1) Consistent plan and study for developments of the devices (Industrial engineering: Monodukuri).

Electromagnetic field analysis
using JMAG-Studio.

Composite electromagnetic medium dispersed magnetic material nano particles for antenna or power inductor.

Magnetization measurements of exchange-coupled magnetic thin film
for high frequency devices or current sensors using vibrating sample magnetometer.

Thin inductor with CoFeSiO/SiO2 multilayer granular films (Taiyo Yuden Co., Ltd.) for RF-IC.

High frequency measurements using network analyzer (Left side) and impedance/material analyzer (Right side).
  (2) Research and development of the devices at two clean rooms with class under 1,000 in University Factory Of NAGANO.

Photolithography process system such as spin coaters, mask aligners and developer
at Yellow (Wet process) room.

Thin film process system such as sputtering systems
at White (Dry prosess) room.
  (3) Study and research from basic to application of magnetics, high frequency circuit and devices, measurement, analysis and ISO14001.

English seminar.

  (4) Weekly meeting and presentation by four research groups; High-frequency devices, Intelligence equipments, Thin film devices, and Sensor devices (so we'd like to devise novel useful HITS devices and researches for the electronics and life!)
